How to solve Dolphin XP-005 with M5 Clamp Cut HU100 Key Error Code 2?

 

All our Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 on xhorsevvdi.com updated with M5 clamp now, M5 clamp fully replace M1, M2 clamp.

And we received feedback that

does not want to do cnc decoding of the key in the position of the clamps B

I've tried different ways to put the key in, but it still doesn't work

error code 2
