How to Troubleshoot Xhorse Dolphin XP005/ XP005L Battery?

 

One customer gave feedback that his Dolphin XP005L won't turn on but he had already charged it for overnight.

Here we are going to show you how to fix this problem.

 

1.Test Battery Details

Connect Dolphin XP005L Machine to phone app.

Go to

Device info>>key cutting machine>>Power

Show battery details to your seller.

2.Check Battery Cable

Open Dolphin Machine.

Check out if the cable is connected well.

Take a video to show if machine will automatically turn off after charging cable is unplugged.
