How to Fix MINI OBD Add Key "No data for the current device"?

 

Question:

Connected MINI OBD tool to Key Tool Max add new keys and got this error "No data for the current device". I Updated all the software and still get this error. Internet connection active, MINI OBD showing blue connection light.
