Here is the Answer: Read password file on Bench mode. To clone delco e87, simple Read& Write won't work. First install module to car, and see if car will start. 1)If so, and ECU was read and written before using other ECU programmers, cloning is not possible. See if that programmer could still read and write 2)If not or immobilizer is active, we need to do immo off   Done!
